Hello,
Haven't used GPG with TB since v8.X, just tried on v9 and it seems like TB! is
not calling Pinentry properly if user's key is on a card.
```
gpg: using "and...@savchenko.net" as default secret key for signing
gpg: signing failed: Bad PIN
gpg: [stdin]: clear-sign failed: Bad PIN
```
The very same card works via:
1. `gpg` ELF
2. `gpg.exe` on Windows
3. Kleopatra GUI frontend on Windows
4. Thunderbird v78
