Hello Marc and everyone else...

MW Is there a time-frame for version 2?

Nobody really knows...

Months and months ago, Leif Gregory interviewed Stefan Tanurkov of
RITLabs. Copied from Leif's interview:

LG When will the beta be released?
ST Do not know yet. Soon, I hope :-) I suppose (but not promise) that
ST it will be February of this year.

So... I advise you keep waiting very patiently. :-)

Hi Marc,

On 01 September 2000 at 02:57:54 GMT -0400 (which was 07:57 where I
live) Marc Weinmann wrote and made these points on the subject
of "Version 2 timeframe (was:TB add-ins?)":

MDP Version 2 of TB is expected to have both scripting and plug-in
MDP technologies. No further information is available.

MW Is there a time-frame for version 2?

In a word - no. We had expected to have seen an early alpha release of
it by now but nothing has come out. We have seen a number of V2
features being implemented in v1 as an apparent technology proving
exercise - for instance, the message base format was reworked a few
versions back. Other than that, no clues I'm afraid.
