One evening with nothing better to do, I tried changing every font
setting I could find on a Windows PC to see the effect on TB. The only
change that affected the account/folder list was the general font size
set in the Windows Display Properties - small fonts, large fonts, or
custom.

Hint: Setting the font to 250% of normal may make the Display Properties
dialog box so large that both the title bar and the OK button are
inaccessible. :)

  account/folder list.
