I left that out, unfortunately. I'll upgrade to 3.99 when it comes out, thanks for the heads up. -- Andrew Diederich Using Voyager v3.95.06 on Windows XP 5.1 Build 2600 Service Pack 2 Current version is 3.98.04 | 'Using TBUDL' information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html

I see you are using Voyager and unfortunately I cannot test that, but the latest version of The Bat! certainly will forward messages automatically and I can edit the forwarding filter. In case you are interested, the latest version, which Ritlabs say is to released to the public tomorrow, can be downloaded from the following; http://www.ritlabs.com/download/files3/the_bat/thebat_pro_3-99-1.msi http://www.ritlabs.com/download/files3/the_bat/thebat_home_3-99-1.msi Hoping this is some help to you. -- Best regards, Roger :flag-southafrica: The Bat! v3.99.1 with AntispamSniper 2.0.0.4 , on Windows XP, version 5 1, build 2600 and Service Pack 2 Current version is 3.98.04 | 'Using TBUDL' information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html

Hello Andrew, Friday, April 20, 2007, 8:40:41 AM, you wrote: AD> The issue I have is the forward doesn't allow me to change the AD> template. In my experience, forwarding anything with filters just doesn't work right. Particularly if there is an html or jpg attachments (I have not tested everything). I have tried to do as you are, overriding the template and it reverts and does not include the template I put in... It reverts back to the original default which will not do for me. Over the past year or so I have noticed a few things that are not working properly. I wish I could go back in time. I do regret, in particular, this most recent upgrade, that which is called "Christmas version". Hopefully they will fix it, but if you look at the problem log there are so many items on the list. -- Best regards, alistsmailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Current version is 3.98.04 | 'Using TBUDL' information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html
sorting office forward doesn't take a changed template
Hello Batfolk, I'm testing out a new mailserver (Zimbra) at work, so I've configured sorting office in TB! to forward all messages sent to recipient (me@) to forward to metest@, and then those get into the test mailserver. The idea is so I can use the Zimbra mail client for a while to see how other folks in the office will like it. The issue I have is the forward doesn't allow me to change the template. I deleted all the normal FWD template pieces in the rule, but those changes are ignored. I've now realized I can setup a redirect, but I think the inability to change the forward template for the sorting office filter is a bug. Does that sound true? Thanks for the help. -- Andrew Diederich Using Voyager v3.95.06 on Windows XP 5.1 Build 2600 Service Pack 2 Current version is 3.98.04 | 'Using TBUDL' information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html
