Position: Windows E-Discovery Consultant Location: Livingston, NJ Duration: 4+ Months Max Rate: $50-53/Hr Client: AIG Interview: Phone + F2F Summary: This position requires a Windows knowledgeable professional familiar with Desktop and Server environments who will concentrate on investigative and Electronic Discovery (E-Discovery) tasks using forensically sound processes and procedures. Skills Required: * Strong knowledge of Microsoft Desktop and Server technologies. * Strong investigation and analytical skills. * Strong Interpersonal and relationship management skills - the ability to interface with technical and non-technical organizations. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to deal diplomatically, discreetly and effectively with all levels of the organization. * Strong management and Organizational skills. * Strong familiarity with security issues surrounding network computing and experience in implementation of security systems and controls * Understanding of TCP/IP networking and desktop firewalls. * Understanding and/or learn the legal issues when gathering electronic evidence. * Knowledge of computer forensic skills and tools. Responsibilities: * Perform various tasks with collecting and analyzing data necessary to meet the business needs surrounding Electronic Discovery. * Assist with internal computer forensic investigations * Provide assistance with any/all E-Discovery and investigation request. * Develop, document and implement data security procedures that enforce information security standards. * Provide security and forensic-related advice, assistance and approval to various teams in order to establish compliant designs for applications to facilitate forensic investigations. * Monitor and respond to industry developments in business practice, technology, security issues and legislation that impact the company's e-discover policies and procedures. * Periodically issues reports to Department Managers and the Information Security Department on case load and status. * Performs other duties as requested.
