Hello, I have the same error, but I'm not the producer of the image so I´m 
not able to change the dpi of the image. Is there anything to do on the 
tesseract ocr side?

The problem is with the input image. It does not have correct information
about dpi.

Please preprocess image to 300 dpi for better output.

this means that you input image has no information about DPI. This is
problem of image generator.
For bad accuracy please read relevant wiki.
