Viv and all others who are curious,Valid question. Printing a listing of everyone’s information, as we have always done, is a pretty big privacy liability unless you call it what it is: public. To better clarify what that means takes quite a few more words, and so it makes sense for our Grotto to adopt a privacy policy that clearly explains it. Also, with a future that looks to continue to digitize, we have included language to safeguard online distribution. This is the proposed privacy policy, which is pending approval by a vote of the Grotto at our next meeting.
