Import the 2 tiddlers, Eric mentioned.

Then put into ANY tiddler (e.g. the SideBar) snapshot label:take a
snapshot id:story

Then save  reload.

Notice the new button in the tiddler

I think you could use dropbox and create a link and place it in there
or if you are using dropbox public folder to host your site, you can keep
