I mostly use dropbox for my TW. I am a Windows 7 user myself, and would use the documents folder. Make a subfolder for TiddlyWiki, you will end up with several for different purposes. Make a backup folder also. TW is just one file, so better be sure and make a copy to put in your backup folder before major changes.
