 \displaystyle everywhere even in the class katex-display!

 Could we have the $ and $$ of MathJax (and LaTeX) in KaTeX (or in its
 version for TiddlyWiki)?

Some fonts seem to render incorrectly (specifically mathsf, mathtt,
