i got mine via ebay and paid $60 + $15 shipping via paypal (both US$) 

now the 3G EME activity has ended I will get the time to seriously put it 
thro its paces

I have now read all email regarding the oscillator 
distribution.  It appears there are nearly 3 times
as many requests as oscillators.  I will be
implementing a selection process soon, and get back
to you at that time.
