[time-nuts] TU60-D120-131 Specs....?

Does anyone know anything about the TU60-D120-131 being offered on ebay
(voltage? 10Khz? 1 pps?, etc.) .   The seller tells me that he doesn't know
anything about the item he is selling..   ;-)   Any input would be
appreciated.

[time-nuts] Phase meter for synchronizing osc's to GPSDO

Back in the spring of 2012 an article was published in VHF Communications
entitled "A Phase Meter: a help to synchronize oscillator's to GPSDO".  In
it the authors indicated that they hoped to add a "rotation counter" perhaps
using Arduino.Does anyone know whether further work was done on this?

[time-nuts] Heather Problem..

I'm having a problem getting Lady Heather up and running with Windows 7.I 
attempted to change the com port to 3  per KE5FX's web site using the command 
C:\Program Files\Heather\heather.exe/2  and I get an error message that tells 
me that the command is not valid.   What gives?

[time-nuts] FE-5680A RFS question....

I recently purchased an FE-5680A 10 MHz RFS from China and it came with a label 
attached indicating the pinout of the DB9 connector as pin 1: +15V, pin 2: GND, 
pin 3: +5V, pin 7: RF Out.   From what I can determine from Googling the 
manual, pin 3 is more likely a lock detect output.  I have no idea which option 
it is.  There is no SMA connector adjacent to the DB9 but all pins on the DB9 
have wires attached.   The part number on the label is 217400-30352-1.  I have 
yet to fire it up.

Any thoughts you guys might have will be appreciated.
