Do you mean 1210D? If so, the answer is yes. About an inch thick with
several fold out drawings. I'm in UK. Will cost approx £18 (~$35US) to air
mail (untracked). International Signed for tracked options would be more
expensive.

than one copy?  If not, perhaps we can arrange a scanning party...
