Re: [time-nuts] Need a simple ID for some gear
Sounds like a isolator, a passive ferrite device. Stan, W1LECape Cod [EMAIL PROTECTED] wrote: I don't know a whole bunch about microwave gear, so I need a little help. When the sample says S/N 1, I don't expect much... I suppose I could just feed a signal through them and see where the outputs occur both series have 5787.5 embedded n the part number, so I'm thinking that's the center or cutoff frequency. -Dave ___ time-nuts mailing list -- time-nuts@febo.com To unsubscribe, go to https://www.febo.com/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/time-nuts and follow the instructions there. ___ time-nuts mailing list -- time-nuts@febo.com To unsubscribe, go to https://www.febo.com/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/time-nuts and follow the instructions there.

Ferrite circulator. Black insert is ferrite If one of the three ports is terminated, it¹s hooked up as an isolator.
