Maybe someone has that one, or there is a site with a lot of them on line as pdfs. That narrows it down a bit! I do not show it in the 1995 or the 1998 catalog. It is in the 1970 ($7500), 1972 ($7500), 1977 ($8950), 1980 (no prices in this catalog), 1985 ($19500), 1988 ($25800) and 1992 ($42000).
