[toaster] Sending serveral CC or BBC makes sending slow

2005-09-13 Thread Stig Martin Fiskaa
Hello people,

Thought I'd ask you if you could direct me to something that
either explains or solves my little situation.

I've followed the toaster in serveral setups of servers, and I think
both it's a great piece of document and a source of knowledge -
  together with this list. Great!

Whenever I or any of my customers sends emails from *any* MUA and
the CC-field og BBC-field contains say more then 12 addresses the
time to send it out becomes really long - say from 10 or more
minutes. Can anyone think of why? Anything I can do to solve the
matter, or make the smtp-conversation faster?

  Thanks.

EV check /var/qmail/control/badmailto. That errormessage comes when to is
EV listed in that file.

Hum this is how the badmailto looked before, which worked fine without
chkuser:

[EMAIL PROTECTED]
[EMAIL PROTECTED]

[EMAIL PROTECTED]
@somethingstupid.com

I removed the first lines until [EMAIL PROTECTED], and now it
seems to work fine:-) Thanks!
