Re: [tomakeadifference] Very ImportantClosing of Hyderabad Chapter

2008-09-09 Thread Uma Kanth Jonnala

Plz dont get me wrong...
Even if U R alone, Plz dont close the HYD chapter (For that matter, any
chapter)...
( The only thing missing in the TMAD group is the CAMPAIGNING...Campaigning of
not only the HYD chapter, but also the whole TMAD grp)
:)
(You could ask ppl to at least Volunteer if they are not able to provide
Monetary help to the Group...That way, count will increase going on on on...
There are 2-Categories of ppl...One, who provide only the Monetary help and
Two, who are able to give only their Voluntary support)

Subject: [tomakeadifference] Very ImportantClosing of Hyderabad Chapter

Friends,

Seeing the response for the past few months in our group, it appears
like we might have to close the Hyderabad Chapter in the near future.

We always believed in doing things and we never wanted anything for
name sake.

No matter what approach we take, there is no response. At any given
point of time, we have only 5 numbers in picture. Why to keep
something just for keeping sake!!

All of us are interested in continuing the group in Hyderabad or not!!
Please come forward to respond. There is no compulsion whatsoever.
Everyone of us have our own problems/avocations /professional and
personal commitments. In fact I feel very happy that we could manage
for 3 1/2 years. Thank you for each and everyone of you who spared
their time, money and efforts.

This is my last request and announcement too. Every month before our
monthly meeting date, I request every member of the Hyderabad Chapter
to specify their availability and presence for the meeting. If only 5
are going to turn up, no need to come far and meet in person. Those 5
members can discuss online and work on the things.

The moment we cease to have those 5 members also, we will announce the
closure of the Hyderabad Chapter.

Members of other Chapters can continue to post cases related to
Hyderabad and AP, we will somehow manage with the help of members of
other groups.

The decision rests with the members of Hyderabad Chapter.

Thank you.

with regards,
Prasanthi.

I dont' know about accomodation, but food wise there are many places like
for example ISKON temple in washington state. They have free food for just
about anybody - both lunch and dinner. Many ppl visit the temple and just
have lunches and dinners there itself. Accomodation for so many people - I
dont' know any sources.

FYI.

If they get the enough donors, all the above eight (including Sethuramn's

2008-09-09 Thread ulprasanthi
Friends,

Santosh Alladi transferred Rs. 1500 today. It got deposited in my
account.

 1 09/09/2008 BIL/74203617/for karthik/NSPCR
 INR 1,500.00

He promised to provide support for six months and later Pradeep will
chip in. Meanwhile if we get any support from others, we will update
you.

Santosh has been contributing from August. This is the second month.

Karthik went to his native place for his holidays. He is expected to
return today. Will call him tomorrow or day after.

We paid only Rs. 1000 to him. We have to give Rs. 500 to his friend who
has lent money to Karthik in August.

This month my aunt and/or uncle will pay in the hostel. We will also
take receipt for the month of August.

Thank you.

with regards,
Prasanthi.
