Hi Ravi and others, Please refer to Chaitanya's mail for Agenda, except for the 5th point. Let us invite other group people in a separate meeting organized for them. 1. Introduction of new members (there are few new joinees and also friends of our members who participated in our anniversary) 2. Discuss about SDP 3. Education Group Plans 4. Medical Group Plans 5. Friends, Who is presiding over the meeting this time? Who is taking the responsibility? It is already thursday. Only tomorrow we have time. If we cannot decide by tomorrow, we have to ring to everyone and inform and we do not have phone numbers of some of the new members. Also people might have their own engagements. Better we mail the details early. Is it Krishnakanth park or Public Gardens? At 5:00 pm or 5:30 pm? Upto 7:30 pm or 8:00 pm? Can some one create a poll in group with the two venue options and others, if any.. I browsed the groups in yahoo but unable to find this option to create a poll i think the time we can freeze upon 5.30 as it will be appropriate for most of us.. Regards, Ravi.

If the morning timings are acceptable for you, let us meet in the morning itself. But we should decide fast. I created a poll for the venue, Ravi. I will wait till 5 pm tomorrow evening. I will be a part of meeting. Two of my friends had shown interest to be a part of the group. I invited them to group meeting. Atleast one will turn up. And as far as inviting like minded groups, i will go with prasanthi to have a separate meeting with them. The reason is that some body should be able to talk about group with confidence. I mean someone who can promote our group with all good things it has done. After all, we should make them interested in working with us. that's my thought on this. Another option for venue can be Krishna kanth park, Madhura Nagar,Yousufguda. This is just an option as i happened to visit this place once and thought it would be a nice to have a get together there. Let's have some thing else if it can be nearer to most of group members. Please freeze this as early as possible. We have many new members. We should let them know the date, time and place details before hand. How about inviting like-minded groups? I think it would be good if we can convene a separate meeting with them. If we invite them and discuss our own activities, that will not be fair. Most of the time, they have to keep mum.
