Probably the simple text files for build/install would
be more appropriate. Since we don't have them jet, we
need some sort of docs with source distribution.

Builds using Sun CC on both Solaris 7 & 8, appears to run fine
with Apache 2.0.53. Have not tested load balancing.

jk 1.2.9 built on Linux PPC (Suse 8.0 / Apache 2.0.53) and iSeries V5R3.
