The only way out is to restart the server. Our application is a large Struts based application using Oracle databases. I don't have a test case to reproduce the bug since it is very sporadic. But it happens at least every day in our test environment. It does not seems to appear on the same page neither. The bug was probably introduced after 4.1.14, since our application works perfectly with that version.
