I am using isapi_redirector2.dll and coyote connector with the usual setup.
Sometimes (not everytime, maybe one in every 5 or more) I get the response
error Parameter is incorrect when doing multipart requests (fileupload). In
some occations, when this error has occured once, the request does not seem to
be performed, the file in the upload does not reach tomcat, and the application
that I use returns nulls.

I've tested this with versions 2.0.2 and 2.0.1, and on at least 5 different
computers in different networks with the same or very similar behaviour.
The error does not occure with previous versions of the connector
(isapi_redirect.dll).
