regarding tomcat run in background on win nt

my self is dhaval working in java from last 2 years now 
i want to know that what should i to run the tomcat server in background
processes even if I log off my NT session
is this possible and if yes then please give me some clue about it bcoz
right now I am in great hurry in my project
