mod_webapp build problem

2002-04-09 Thread Srinidhi H.

Hello,

I am trying to build mod_webapp module on hp-ux platform and getting the
following error while running configure script of this module.
I ran the following command after building libtool and placing it in current
path.

#./configure --with-apxs=/opt/apache1322/bin/apxs
Building APR configure script
  Invoking: ./buildconf in /opt/apache1322/webapp-module-1.0-tc40/apr
APR buildconf: buildconf: checking installation...
APR buildconf: buildconf: autoconf not found.
APR buildconf: You need autoconf version 2.13 or newer installed
APR buildconf: to build Apache from CVS.
  Execution of ./buildconf returned 1
configure: error: APR buildconf terminated with error code 1

Can any one help me out to over come the above mentioned error.

Regards,
Srinidhi

Apache1.3.22+Tomcat3.2.4 with ajp13

2002-04-08 Thread Srinidhi H.

Hi,
I have successfully configured Apache1.3.22 with TC3.2.4 using mod_jk and
ajp12. But I am unable to do the same with ajp13. When I try to access a
servlet through browser-apache1.3.22-mod_jk-Tomcat3.2.4(ajp13) , I just
get a blank page. whereas the connection to Tomcat port is ESTABLISHED
(netstat -na). The same servlet works fine with ajp12.

Could any one of you please let me know if there is any specific
configuration required for using ajp13? I am on HPUX11.X

Thanks,
Srinidhi.

Tomcat403 with Apache1.3.22

2002-04-08 Thread Srinidhi H.

Hi,
I am in the process of configuring Apache 1.3.22 with Tomcat 4.0.3 using
mod_jk and ajp13 for HPUX11.x. I am trying to use the tomcat configuration
documents(jakarta.apache.org) with little progress. Does anyone know of any
other documents?

Any pointers in this regard will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Srinidhi.
