Alexander, I don't run it as a service, but services are controlled under the registry key [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services]
You should be able to find the relevant bit underneath here, where the command line for starting up Tomcat will be evident. It will either be a direct command, or a bat file.
