This can be ignored and is part of the Eclipse distribution (not 
TopBraid code).

Yes these likely explain the slow startup time that you reported. If you 
double-click on those entries in the error log, you may see additional 
details (stack traces). Please send those along for further advice.

There are many of these items (2-4) in the console before I open any 
files. They are related to files I am not actively using in the 
project though they exist in the project.


Is this kind of thing to be ignored?
