Comment:

 I disabled the Captcha for now. It might be the case that there is too
 much spam and it will be re-enabled.

 After registering in trac and logging in I got infinite Captcha requests
 even though I was logged in already.
 Perhaps a wrong redirection after 'solving' the first captcha?

 Using a link (instead of solving the next captcha) on the trac site got me
 out of the loop.
