Comment:

 We plant to indicate that by putting the slider button on the toolbar and
 have it on the main preferences pane. Seems to be enough, I think. #25658

 When a user adjust the security settings, it applies to all tabs
 (currently open and in the future). So we should probably add something in
 the security slider text to indicate that.
