 OP here.

 It's really happening randomly. I've monitored Browser Console but there's
 no useful info.
 Happened when I clicked this textarea(Add Comment), or clicked a link, or
 just scrolling, etc.

 So I did some research and I think I fixed the problem.

 Hm, steps to reproduce or some other hint which would help us debugging
 this would be appreciated. Does the CPU load goes up during that time? Is
 that related to visiting particular website? Or having a bunch of tabs
 open or?

 I guess that's a Windows issue? Or is someone else seeing this problem on
 a different OS?

 Do you have some antivirus/firewall software that could be interfering
 with Tor Browser? If so, could you uninstall it and see if your issue
 remains? (disabling is often not enough)

 This is not my PC's performance problem.
 Sometimes & randomly, torbrowser (firefox.exe) refuse any input and hang
 up several seconds.

 This symptom don't happen when I use Mozilla's Firefox and Palemoon.
 Anyone having same problem?

 Windows & TB 7,5
