Comment:

 I guess I forgot I opened this last month. This is now a dup of #27400. We
 won't backport the upstream patches unless we discover it is critically
 important. There are many merge conflicts due to many changes within
 Mozilla's build system for Android.

 Mozilla already landed this in bug

 backport these patches.
