 Okay, I've merged this, with the following exceptions and tweaks:
* "planetas" in src/test/test_conscache is correct Spanish, to go along
 with "adios" earlier in that line.  I think it's intentional.
* "straight foward" in src/common/crypto.c should be "straightforward"
 (one word).
* Some of the RSA functions had moved to crypto_rsa.c, so I had to
 hand-apply those change and the ones in crypto.c.
* The following files are not maintained by us, so we shouldn't make
 trivial changes to them ourselves:
   * src/ext/curve25519_donna/README
   * src/ext/ed25519/donna/README.md
   * m4/pkg.m4
* I added a changes file in a separate commit.
* I wrapped some wide lines.

 optional, because not everyone has go installed.
 (Is there a tool that doesn't require an entire go runtime?)

 There was an error in tests due to the correction of this spelling

 . I guess there might be some comparison with the key string due to which
 test failed on changing the spelling so I am letting this one to persist

 You can fix misspellings in them.

 Oh, and remember to base your branch on our master branch.

 Big fan.

 I'll note that this anonymous person just picked me as the owner of the
 ticket, and that's not actually the same as making me the owner of the
 ticket.

 If somebody wants to do up a branch on master for these, that would be
 great.

 Also, we should make sure that we don't accidentally try to fix any typos
 that made it into the actual protocol, a la "Dependant" in control-
 spec.txt. Or at least, if we do we should fix them more thoroughly.
