 And "Check out the manual for more troubleshooting tips." points to
 manual.torproject.org, but that site doesn't exist.

 Maybe you meant tb-manual.torproject.org?

 Replying to [ticket:29473 arma]:

 the download page again, even though my browser url has changed to

 If I go up the url bar and click on it and then press enter, I do get
 brought to the part of the page that is for android downloads. So there
 clearly *is* an anchor, but the javascript from clicking the robot button
 is not bringing me there.
