So there is no Torbirdy for recent Thunderbird because nobody has made one: https://bugs.torproject.org/31341 It even looks like it is not possible, see: https://redmine.tails.boum.org/code/issues/17149#note-6 and https://redmine.tails.boum.org/code/issues/17219. This also means that you will have Tor support for Email in Tails.
