This is an unrelated project that seems to be trying to confuse people
by visually imitating the old design of the Tor Project web site (and
using "torbrowser" in the URL).

Apart from just looking dodgy as heck, it appears to have been last
updated in 2013. So, I'm going with "not a trusted version" :)
