Revision Graph: Show HEAD revision nodes is not working in 1.14.5
Hi, when looking at a revision graph the HEAD nodes are only shown, when "Show all revisions" is active. If I deactivate the "Show all revisions" the HEAD nodes are not show, even if the "Show HEAD revision nodes" is active. [image: HEAD visible.png][image: HEAD invisible.png] In Version Tortoise 1.10.1 the HEAD is visible with "Show HEAD revision nodes". So it looks like a regression...
