Hi! Dear Heidi and Chris, It is absolutely a fantastic initiative. I have carefully read all the shared articles and material. They are extremely informative and inspirational. I also dreamt of opening such a program at my university in India. I have a FOSS developer group here. They recently participated in the GitLab hackathon and Learned how to contribute. We also organized openSUSE.Asia virtual summit 2021 this year in the online mode. I need guidance and support to make my students participate in research and contribute to OS humanitarian/projects. Students have lots of potentials, in order to leverage their potentials we can start collaborating with you. Like, I can make my students aware of your ongoing projects, they can study and contribute if possible. After getting an idea they may start their own projects. They may participate in your OPSO conferences etc.
