In the interest of sticking it to the bootleggers and still making this stuff

the live recordings I have copies of available for trade. Anyone interested in
setting up a little website with a list of as many bootlegs and we can track

I'd be very interested in trading.

hello all
Great idea about the website for trading.
for the time being i have just typed up a list of tracks i have that are
unavailable to buy, so if you would like to trade, e-mail me
phil
What about those of us who have nothing worth trading? I only have one
bootleg copy of a gig in the US from 1983, and I would imagine that most
of you have it too.

Simple answer...you send a blank tape or CD-R and return postage and
you'd get back a copy of the item you seek. Seems fair to me. Only
takes a little of the person's time and it's all for the love of the
music.

And if we find out you're selling them, we'll hunt you down and kill you.
;)

dear beatist petetist

fristly well done on havening the moral coviction for saying no
to buying FSB yes it is a bootleg
however me being the hipocript that i am do have a copy of said FSB
must say it's a great album , the tracks donald my mums roses
are great have the great wrighting style of mr smash stamped all over them
i know the carls not very keen on these gems but in my humble opion
mr smash they should have been released somewhere along the line
they are great tracks i think that only a band like madness could have
come up with something
as class as these tracks
(hope i'm not overstepping the boundryies here)

there are some other great studio cut's of unfished versions of some well
know
tunes that we all know love eg. house of fun, sign of the times, los p 7
a great little snippet of a micheal caine demo
although these are studio versions not as polished as the finished tracks
they give you a reah insight of how it must have been to be in the studio
even as just an observer the days when as all the band have said at one
point ir another
when it was fun to be a part of madness

btw FSB was given to me on md,so up yours bootlegers.
it was just a case of one madness fan helping out another

my own humble opion it is a great album
although i don't agree with giveing bootleggers money
(i think you out there who know me allready know my views on this)
someone has all ready by buying this to resell it
so if you don't buy it someone else will, probably has already
because you gave the shop name out

anyway that my say for today
love to all

I don't suppose it would be possible to get a copy of this album would it?
as I don't want to pay 12.99 for it - I may have bought it if it was less, but
I refused to pay that much for a bootleg, plus it is wrong to line the
pockets of bootlegging criminals. So if anyone could do me a copy I would
be most grateful.

Hi Elizabeth,

Well as many folks on here already know I`ve been trading bootleg recordings
for a good while. I`m certainly happy to co-ordinate things from the UK if
enough folks are interested in a trading ring.

Possibly the best way would be for me to hold details and the trades consist
of the recording you want to trade, details of the recording you want in
return and postage costs.

I`m always on this infernal machine so a few trips to the postbox everyday
aint gonna make any difference to me ;0)

If yer interested drop me an email offlist (mark the subject line trading)
and I`ll see about getting it off the ground.

Love, Light Peace
