[SlimDevices: Touch] Any updates on the future of LMS and Touch or any suitable replacement ?
LMS and Touch are such an important part of my Stereo System that I would not like to go without them. Does anyone have any new information on what the future of LMS is? Or is there any other product in the market that would have the same functionality of a Touch and LMS? Thanks for comments. The closest is the Joggler - sadly also discontinued - but used examples are still available on ebay at reasonable prices. LMS will work as long as the device it's on continues working! Well, it's simply software - so, in its preset incarnation (7.8) it offers all the music-server functionality and internet radio access independently from Logitech servers. Of course, there's no guarantee that an OS update on any given device won't break LMS. But then, if it works why fix it? There are also various hardware alternatives to the squeezebox players, eg. [SlimDevices: Touch] Programer-types please help with Inguz on OSX, LMS 7.8, using Mono, need script.
I think I have everything installed correctly, but I can't seem to get Mono to invoke when InguzDSP.exe is called. If anyone is skilled with scripts, can you please help me force Mono to start and take over the runtime for the DSP engine?
