  should always be shown, in exactly the same manner they are currently
  displayed when the pointer is moved over the menu bar.

  GDB 7.8 has a broken --batch functionality. In batch mode gdb is not
  able to fetch a proper backtrace and instead prints two garbled frames
  that have nothing to do with the actual process (always two
  apparently). It works perfectly fine when one runs gdb without batch
  and runs the exactly same commands.

  This breaks all KDE software backtracing/crash bug reporting!

  Since version 0.23+14.10.20140709-0ubuntu1 of webbrowser-app, favicon
  support was re-introduced (it had been initially removed when
  switching to oxide). As of that version, the bookmarks list on the new
  tab page displays favicons. However the favicons are not cached on
  disk, all we store is a reference to their URL (e.g.
  http://assets.ubuntu.com/sites/ubuntu/latest/u/img/favicon.ico). Once
  the icons have been fetched by the QML engine, they will be cached in
  memory during the lifetime of the application, but if the application
  is killed and restarted, the icons will be fetched from the network
  again, potentially incurring a cost on the data connection.

  Favicons should be cached on disk to avoid re-downloading them every
  time the app is launched.

Bug description:
  Shutting down the computer using the menue does not work always correct. It 
often does not complete turn off the computer. The power LED and the LED of the 
bluetooth unit remain on. Also the fan is still running and won't stop.
  Shutting down the computer with sudo shutdown -h now using the terminal 
works fine.

  I am using a Dell Inspiron 1720.

  After a moment with the phone, the camera-app takes up to one minute
  to load. Immediately after a reboot it just takes a few seconds.

  When it happens the spinner is spinning for a few seconds, then
  everything hangs (UI stops responding, launcher, panel and switcher
  doesn't work) and after one minute or so the camera eventually starts
  and shell is back to normal operations.

  When it starts happening once, only a reboot makes the camera behave
  properly again.

Title:
cups-pdf 2.6.1-9 not able to lookup domain user because apparmor
profile

Status in “cups” package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
I use cups-pdf for years now. But now it's no longer able to lookup
users from domain.

lookup user by getent passwd works fine.
lookup user by wbinfo works fine.
Login with domain user works fine.
kinit username works, too.

But cups-pdf with log level 7 tells: unknown user (admin)
It's regardless of wether I use UserPrefix MYDOMAIN\ or leave it blank.
Just the output of the log file differs to: unknown user (MYDOMAIN\admin)

After long time of searching around in all log files I tried to set apparmor
profile use.sbin.cupsd to complain mode.

That fixes my problem.
But what I have to change in apparmor profile to switch back to enforce mode?

I don't get any logging by complain, enforce or audit mode in /var/log/syslog.
It looks like getpwnam or another method used in cups-pdf.c is restricted by
apparmor in Ubuntu 14.04.1 LTS.

I use the default cups-pdf.conf and default usr.sbin.cupsd apparmor profile.
