A fix was brought up in [2] and should be added to cmake in Focal to allow things to build with the new pango. Focal currently is at cmake 3.15.4-1 and [3] is a backport of that change to the 3.15 series. Note: after that is resolved navit will need a no change rebuild to pick up libgpsd25 which got me initially to find this issue. The handset errors out that it cannot connect with Libreoffice on the computer even if the bluetooth adapter on the handset and on the computer are correctly paired. This does not seem to be an issue in the Libreoffice or in the impress remote code: - I have tested also past LibO versions - The Impress remote codebase has not changed recently This used to work on the same hardware (headset and laptop) with ubuntu 16.04. Hence the issue seems to be in a regression in the ubuntu bluetooth stack. I don't know why it would do that, or whether it could possibly be a security issue, especially since it makes the code more complex than it should be (`tr -d '\000-\011\013\014\016-\037'` vs `tr -d '\000-\037'`). [Touch-packages] [Bug 1853768] Re: Qt apps, like kid3-qt, which uses legacy icons "document-*.png", show them as normal document icon under Yaru theme
Just a bit of context: Symbolic action icons are the de-facto in a GNOME environment, full-colour icons are legacy, that's why Yaru theme didn't originally have any "legacy" full-colour action icons as its original author refused to do so. The recent addition of the coloured document-*.png icons in Yaru is just a workaround for Qt apps in order not to appear broken under Yaru. Killing pulseaudio and letting it get respawned usually fixes the problem. My main audio hardware is a Focusrite Scarlett 2i2. Example: I have just tried to play a 44100Hz MP3 in Audacious. It came out a bit slower and flatter than it should. I ran "pulseaudio -k" and then tried again. This time it played at the right speed. > A secondary problem, which might be an unfixable design choice, is that it sounds like PulseAudio clients can block the sound of the entire server. Does the same thing happen if you try to shift+delete something in Nautilus?
