Hi: I installed via Sytem Config/Updates (running on Nexus 4 in version 21). The version 22 is available for to install (it is a fix). Regards... The phone service (CALL, SMS and MMS services) don't work when the WIFI is disabled or not connected. However, is working fine whether the WIFI is connected to my Access Point.
