Hi

This patch makes it possible to run software-properties without
UbuntuDrivers, as this component is only available on Linux we needed
this change to support ubuntuBSD.

  system daemons).

  As libmirclient-dev is only available on Linux, could you make gtk+3.0
  only use it when building on Linux? Patch is attached.

  This change is needed for ubuntuBSD.
