Public bug reported: Two issues with GNOME Display Settings since upgrading to Ubuntu 24.04 beta 1 - I am unable to select Fractional Scaling and set it to 150%. The Fractional Scaling checkbox appears to do nothing - 1) selecting it does not enable the Apply button 2) does not update the list of supported scaling factors to include fractional values. 2 - There is a ghost display I have one display plugged into a NVDIA 4080, using proprietary driver. There is a ghost "Unknown Display" in Display Settings at resolution 1024x768.
