When I upgraded from ubuntu 21.10 to 22.04 the bluetooth stopped
working. I did a fresh install from scratch and bluetooth no longer
works.

Thank you for the feedback!  I solved reinstalling the system. As I use 
a separated home partition, everything went back fast and perfect.
