[Touch-packages] [Bug 1784903] Re: Volume keys auto-repeat indefinitely in Medion laptop
In fact, considering how common this issue seems to be, do you think it would make sense to just make all keyboards default to software- generated release events for these keys? -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Touch seeded packages, which is subscribed to systemd in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1784903 Title: Volume keys auto-repeat indefinitely in Medion laptop Status in systemd package in Ubuntu: New Bug description: Summary: Several models of Medion laptops need to be added to `/lib/udev/hwdb.d/60-keyboard.hwdb` so that volume keys don't auto- repeat indefinitely. I just installed Xubuntu on a Medion P6689 MD61019 laptop, and it turns out that pressing the volume keys (Fn-F11/F12) causes them to auto-repeat indefinitely, increasing/decreasing the volume until reaching 100%/0%. [Touch-packages] [Bug 1435988] Re: sometime right edge swip stop working on the lockscreen
I have a similar problem on my BQ 5 Ubuntu 15.04 r6. I can't open the screen with swipes from any direction. It seems to happen when I leave one of the locations were I have a wifi connection. It might be coincidental, but when I leave my home I can't open the screen for a couple of minutes. I've never had any issues with this while at home. Could it be something with the wifi roaming? -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Touch seeded packages, which is subscribed to unity8 in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1435988 Title: sometime right edge swip stop working on the lockscreen Status in unity8 package in Ubuntu: Confirmed Status in unity8 package in Ubuntu RTM: Confirmed Bug description: Using rtm 256 on a bq phone, with a pin code set. Sometime the greeter/lock screen stops responding to right edge swipes (rather than dismissing the bg image+logo screen to display the pin code one, it does nothing). Right edge swipping works fine to trigger the switcher once the screen is unlocked though To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/unity8/+bug/1435988/+subscriptions -- Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~touch-packages Post to : touch-packages@lists.launchpad.net Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~touch-packages More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
