Did you try the workaround from #2? What was the result? A kernel driver or bluetooth device that does not properly implement power saving cannot be fixed in TLP. Thus my mouse stops working, my headset stops playing music. Reconnecting my mouse takes ages requiring a restart of bluez and reconnecting the mouse. This issue became worse ever since installing budgie (17.04) in May.
