Title:
CmakeList.txt is calling wrong version numbers for compiz and
  translation function is wrong

Status in Unity:
  Invalid
Status in unity package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  bzr branch lp:unity

  sudo apt-get build-deps unity
(which is not calling all the Right dependenceys )

  mkdir ~/unity/build/

  cd ~/unity/build

  cmake ../ -DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX:PATH=/usr

fails out because the translation bool statement is not correct
so I fixed that then tried to run cmake again and learned that all the compiz
libs are also not the righ versioning numbers thous causing Cmake to error out.
so I am going to fix that But I have a feeling that even though I will fix that
I am sure that the build is going to fail due to mis match of libs

  we will see what happenes
