1) Ubuntu 13.10
2) gnome-keyring 3.2.8-0ubuntu1.1,automatic
3) no pop-up window
4) pop-up window asking for password

Since an update about two weeks ago, a window labeled "Access Prompt"
has begun appearing upon login. It requests the password of the account
which has just logged on, and has a tick box to save to the keyring.
The password is entered, but it reports that it is an invalid password.
When "cancel" is selected, the system seems to work as before.
