On Touch, this introduces the problem that a user cannot browse/install any new apps any more. I think there is the need to have a dedicated application for the app store which allows to find and install new apps without having to enable full Dash online search capabilities. - Desired resolution: - In the new Unity8 Dash architecture, there is no longer a global search, users choose which lens they would like to search before performing a search. This means the issue privacy issue from Unity7 is no longer present, therefore this setting can be removed from System Settings.
