Title:
[CA0106 - CA0106, playback] Front and Rear speaker working, but only
  left!

Status in alsa-driver package in Ubuntu:
  Expired

Bug description:
I have a 5.1 surround setup, and when I set it up to run 5.1 surround,
the Front and Rear left work, as well as the center speaker. However,
the right Front and rear do not work. The sub works, but only off of
the other channels when they are getting input. When I actually press
the test sub button, no sound is played. This is less of an issue,
but I would love to get the right speakers working.
