Steps to reproduce: 1) Open Apps. 2) Go to Internet department 3) Click the orange 'Ubuntu store' icon at the bottom (its category title should say Get more apps like thisfrom the Store). 4) You should be presented with the 'Top interent Apps' category of the store, and department tree has only All Departments and Internet subdepartment. It's not possible to navigate to the root of the store from it.
